It began with the feedback students never got
Most students who come to us are not failing. They are one clear explanation away from the grade they are capable of.
Before Super Assignment Help existed, its founding team spent years on the other side of the desk: marking scripts, supervising dissertations and editing journal submissions. The same pattern kept appearing. Capable students lost marks not because they misunderstood the subject, but because nobody had shown them what a strong answer to that particular brief looked like.
University support services were stretched, office hours were short, and feedback often arrived after it could still help. Students working part-time jobs, studying in a second language or juggling care responsibilities felt that gap hardest.
So in 2019 we built the service we wished those students had had: specialists matched by discipline, work written to the actual rubric, and an explanation of every choice so the learning outlasts the deadline. Thousands of assignments later, that is still the whole idea.
