Students trust us with briefs, drafts and deadlines they would rather keep private. This policy explains exactly what personal information we collect, why we need it, who sees it, and how you stay in control of it.

This Privacy Policy applies to everyone who visits our website, requests a quote, places an order or contacts us by email, phone or WhatsApp. We collect only the information we need to quote for your work, deliver it and support you afterwards, and we treat all of it as confidential.

We never ask for your university login and never tell your institution that you have used our services. The expert working on your order sees your brief and files, but not your name or contact details. We do not sell your information, we do not store your full card details, and you can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time.

  • Your assigned expert and editor, who receive the brief, files and instructions needed for the work. They do not receive your name, email address or phone number.
  • Our payment provider, which processes your payment securely under its own regulated obligations.
  • Service providers who host our website, email and files, and who act only on our instructions.
  • WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us there. Messages sent on WhatsApp are also subject to its own privacy policy.
  • Professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement or courts, where we are legally required to or need to establish or defend a legal claim.

05International transfers

Some of our experts and service providers work outside the United Kingdom, including in Australia, the United States and Canada. When your information is transferred abroad, we make sure it stays protected, either because the country benefits from UK adequacy regulations or because the recipient has agreed to approved safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

07How we protect it

We will respond within one month, and if a request is complex we may extend this by up to two further months, in which case we will tell you why within the first month. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

10Age of users

Our services are intended for university and college students. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11Links to other websites

Our website links to other sites, such as WhatsApp and social networks. We are not responsible for how those sites handle personal information, so please read their privacy policies.
