Refund Policy

We would rather get the work right than argue about money, so this policy is deliberately simple. It explains when you can cancel, what you get back at each stage of an order, and how to ask for a refund.

Last updated 4 min read

No payment is taken until you accept a fixed quote, so there is never anything to refund before you have decided to go ahead. If you cancel before an expert starts work, you receive a full refund. If you cancel while work is in progress, we refund the price less a fair charge for the part already completed.

If delivered work does not follow your brief, we first put it right with free revisions, and refund you if revisions cannot fix the problem. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 days, and this policy never limits your statutory rights.

01Before you pay

Requesting a quote is free and commits you to nothing. We only take payment after you have accepted a fixed quote showing the price, scope and deadline, so you always know exactly what you are paying for.

02Your legal right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you the right to cancel a service ordered online within 14 days of the day your order is confirmed, without giving a reason.

Most students need work to start straight away. When you place an order, you ask us to begin within that 14-day period. If you then cancel, you will pay for the work done up to the point you tell us, in proportion to the full price, and we refund the rest. Once the work has been fully delivered within the cancellation period, the right to cancel no longer applies, but your rights if the work is not up to standard remain.

03What you get back when you cancel

When you cancelWhat you receive
After paying, before an expert has started workA full refund
While work is in progressA refund of the price, less a proportionate charge for the work completed so far
A staged order, between stagesA full refund of any stage not yet started
After the work has been deliveredNo cancellation refund, but free revisions and the quality refunds below still apply

When work is in progress, we tell you how the proportionate charge was worked out, based on how much of the agreed scope had been completed when you told us you wanted to cancel.

04When we refund after delivery

Our first step for any quality issue is to put it right through free revisions within 14 days of delivery. You are entitled to a full or partial refund if:

  • We did not deliver by the agreed deadline, for a reason not caused by you, and the late work is no longer useful to you.
  • The work does not follow the instructions in your original brief, and revisions have not fixed the problem.
  • The work contains copied material that is not properly referenced, as shown by a similarity check.
  • We could not complete the order, for example because a suitable expert was not available.
  • You were charged twice or charged the wrong amount.

05When refunds do not apply

  • You change your mind after the work has been delivered and it meets the brief.
  • The grade you receive is lower than you hoped. Marking is outside our control, although if the work was not performed with reasonable care and skill, your statutory rights still apply.
  • The issue comes from information that was missing, incorrect or changed after ordering, such as a different word count or new instructions.
  • You ask for changes that go beyond the original brief, which we will quote for as new work instead.
  • The request is made more than 14 days after delivery, unless your statutory rights say otherwise.
  • The work was used in breach of our Terms & Conditions or your institution's rules.

06How to request a refund

Email info@superassignmenthelp.com with the subject line "Refund request" and include:

  • Your order reference and the email address or number you ordered with
  • Whether you want to cancel an order in progress or raise a problem with delivered work
  • For delivered work, what does not match the brief, with the brief itself and any relevant feedback
StepTimescale
We acknowledge your requestWithin 24 hours
We review it and send you a written decisionWithin 5 working days
We process an approved refund to your original payment methodWithin 14 days of the decision

Your bank or card issuer may then take a further 3 to 10 working days to show the refund on your statement. If you would prefer credit towards a future order instead of a refund, just say so, but the choice is always yours.

07If you disagree with a decision

Reply to our decision explaining why you disagree and it will be reviewed by a senior member of the team who was not involved in the first decision. We will reply within 5 working days.

Please speak to us before raising a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback usually takes longer than our own process and freezes the order while it is investigated. None of this affects your statutory rights, and UK consumers can get free, independent advice from Citizens Advice.
