How do I write a PICOT question for pressure ulcer prevention?

My evidence-based practice assignment asks me to write a PICOT question on pressure ulcer prevention in hospital patients.
I am not sure how specific the population and intervention should be, or how to turn the question into search terms.

PICOT is useful because it turns a broad nursing concern into a focused, searchable question. "How do nurses prevent pressure ulcers?" is too broad for an evidence-based practice assignment. A stronger question names the patient group, intervention, comparison, measurable outcome and timeframe.
